As of 2/10/25 they do have a huge staging area for overnight parking. Clean restrooms for drivers. Plenty of grass for the fur babies to run around. They start calling drivers between 4 am and 5 am depending on who is working that day. But it is peaceful and nobody messes with you.
Our experience was better than most reviewers here. Our appt was for 0700. We arrived at 0600. Park in the staging area before the guard shack. Scan the QR code to check in online. Wait for a phone call for door assignment. We checked in 0600, received a call for door assignment at 0615. Bumped dock at 0630 (4 other trucks were called at the same time) plenty of room in the yard to get into docks. We only had 4 pallets of the same product. We were unloaded in just a few minutes. Paid lumper fee online. Bills ready at 0700. Maybe because we only had one item # on 4 pallets is why the bills were expedited. But I’ll take it! Good job!
Check in at gate people are so nice over night parking available and clean rest room in the check in office. I have appointment 8.00 am check in done day before by their security supervisor and get call around 5.00 am. After two hrs done lumper 195.00.
Overnight parking available. Scan QR code to check in. Guard will call when they have a door. Slide tandems back open doors and put bills in trailer. They'll call when bills are ready
Best manager ever. Appointment was 2/6/25 at 8:00 a.m. got check in 5/2/25 at 5:50a.m.and they give me a door at 8:35a.m. payed lumper at 9:30a.m.
Checked in at 6am for 7am appt...got door at 6:45am and unloaded in one hour...lumper 140 for 26 pallets...out at 8:20am ...overnight parking available
My only complaint is I didn’t get to take a nap...too fast! Lol. I arrived 2 hours before appointment. Put in a door within 30 minutes, and all finished 30 minutes before my appointment time. Well done yall!!
I truly believe we have the best rep ever! We were new to the biz 2 years ago and our rep, Ryan, has been nothing short of stellar! Walking us thru new processes in the beginning and ALWAYS being there for us to help in any way he can. Top notch service! Out of dozens of orders, only 1 or 2 damaged products and have had no issue with them making it right.
